If there is a problem with the activation code you entered, you will see the following error message:

• Make sure that you enter the complete code, exactly as it is printed in your book

• Don’t add any spaces, but do include hyphens if they’re part of the code
  For example: ABCD-1234-EFGH

• Tip: There is always a URL below your activation code in your book. This is the web page where your code can be activated.

If problems continue, please contact us with the following information:

• A photo of the activation code printed on the book or card
• A photo of the ISBN printed on the book (you can find this number on the back cover, next to the bar code. It will start with 978)
• Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice)
• Your email address
