What should I do if my e-Source activation code does not work?

If you have entered an incorrect activation code, you will see an error like the one shown below. 

In the first instance, please double-check that you are entering the code correctly and that it is not intended for use on a different platform. 

Please ensure there are no spaces when entering the code and the code is entered in the same format as the book, including any dash marks. For example ABCD-1234-EFGH
