What do I do if I do not receive a verification or password reset email? 

1) Please be sure to check your Spam folder in case you do not find the email in your inbox folder.  

2) If you have not received the password reset email, please be sure to check that your email was written correctly and that the page confirmed that the email was sent. 

3) If the platform displays the error message below, this means that your email is not registered on the eSource platform or that it was entered incorrectly.
